A Matter of Balance

SEWA-AIFW is hosting a senior social event.

We will be having a welcome presentation, workbook handouts, exercises and education on fall risks and factors. A Matter of Balance aims to teach seniors about falling and the fear of falling, along with reducing fall risk factors.

Senior Social - In Person Event

SEWA-AIFW is hosting a senior social event.

Fun activities such as meditation, yoga,  aerobics and other special topics. Join us for Gup-Shup, light lunch & Chai.

SAPNA Monthly Events

SEWA-AIFW is hosting SAPNA (South Asian Persons of Neurodiverse Abilities) events

 

Every 1st Saturday of the month - Parents support group along with social skills format group for ASD/Neurodivergent youth as well as youth programs group for siblings.
Timings: 12pm - 2 pm (timings could vary)


Every 2nd, 3rd and 4th Saturday of the month - Individual academic and behavior support for ASD/Neurodivergent youth. 
Timings: 2pm - 4pm (timings could vary)
